Important Information Regarding Christmas and Seasonal PREORDER items:

Christmas/Seasonal items are now available for preorder but will only arrive later in the season. Orders containing SEASONAL PREORDER items will only ship when all the items on the order are available but are guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. Most orders will ship in November already, but earlier shipping is not guaranteed.

Since we do not ship partial orders, we highly recommend that you place a separate order for your PREORDER items if you want the in-stock items to ship ASAP. All Seasonal preorders must be prepaid (upon checkout) to secure your selection. Every season a handful of items do not arrive or arrive damaged. If your order is affected, we will let you know ASAP to find a substitute or give a refund.
